Shipping
Q. What are your shipping options?
A. We use Australia Post for all shipping. The standard shipping is a letter within a padded mailer for protection. This DOES NOT include tracking. Options to upgrade to tracking OR Express Post are available at checkout.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?

Products
Q. BADGES. What are the badge backing options?
A. There are currently two badge backing options.
The standard pin which uses a typical safety pin to secure to material (including clothing and bags or scarves).
The safety slider which uses a plastic sliding clip which functions similarly to a paper clip and can be slid onto clothing, bags, scarves, books etc.
Q. What size are the products.
A. All of our products including magnets, badges and keyrings are approx 58mm in diameter.
Q. I'm wanting a bulk order, do you offer discounts?
A. Yes, we do! Reach out to hello@ellaandjane.com.au to discuss your order.
Custom Orders
Q. Will I get a proof for my custom order(s)?
A. Yes, you will receive a proof of your custom design via email. Once approved, the product(s) will be printed, pressed and shipped to you.
Q. How long will it take to receive my proof?
A. You will receive a proof for your custom order(s) within 48 business hours unless otherwise stated. Please approve or request changes ASAP to have your order shipped within a timely manner.
Q. How long will it take for my order to be shipped once approved?
A. You order will be shipped within 48 business hours from proof approval. Unless otherwise stated.
Q. I like your products but I want something fully customised, can you do this?
A. Yes! We have created any fully custom magnets, badges or keyrings within the 58mm (approx) diameter. Reach out to us at hello@ellaandjane.com.au to discuss further.
